And there we have it, a fully functional DNA brick authoring environment in about 8 pages of code... yesterday I was able to confirm that we are generating sequences that are base-for-base identical with the output of nanobricks.software when given the same voxels. Tomorrow Shawn and I are going to modify the Ong 2014 DNA brick algorithm to generate sequences amenable to laser-induced T-welding, which if I understood his description correctly will involved changing a few lines of code around where the lower right magnet is on the "Paths -> Sequences" page.
