Yes, sounds awesome! The outline sounds great, and to add to it, the project Shawn & I are working on should complement the Autobreak work really nicely, so we can consider that together (in particular, there's the (ambitious but seemingly doable) possibility we could design / synthesize / image some actual structures with it by the time the presentation rolls around, and re-create their design on stage, which would also be a huge milestone).
Video mixing from Realtalk is totally plausible, we should just do some tests to make sure it doesn't bog down the rest of the system when sending e.g. multiple 4K streams to the main area (and we can investigate ways to possibly speed that up, or using multiple lamps to spread the load, etc.). Another simple approach to getting a lot more performance generally would be to build some current-spec small-form-factor PCs, which should blow the NUCs out of the water in CPU and GPU performance for ~$3k, and will showcase Realtalk at its best... I've been considering building one now that Shawn and I are getting into some heavy-duty algorithmic activity and I could coordinate getting one or more to Oakland.
