Hello Dynamic Staff,

We have decided to host our next open house on Friday, March 23^rd on the last day of GDC.

I propose starting the event at 6:30PM since we will most likely be finishing up the Comenius workshop at 4:30PM and I really think we will need some downtime between the two events.

If we are set for the Open House, I think we should ask people to sign up so we can have a sense for how many people will be attending. Event Brite seems to be working well. I will talk with Paula tomorrow about how to have our Core members sign up, this will be the first CORE showcase, so we will need to know how many of our volunteers will be there showing off their work or other work in the space.
