2/03 Saturday: Studio Hours, 10:30am - 4:30pm (11-4pm)

A quick reminder to put your name on the spreadsheet if you can come to Studio Hours! I will be there, and will probably be setting up some IKEA furniture (cubbies!!!) if anyone would like to help.

2/07 Wednesday: Open House 6-8pm

We are having an invite-only open house https://www.eventbrite.com/e/dynamicland-open-house-registration-42147837316. If you have some people who wanted to see the space but weren’t interested in inviting to Studio Hours, you should invite them to this thing (via the eventbrite link). You should also feel free to come if you’d like to help out in any way. Snacks!

2/10 Saturday: Studio Hours 10:30-4:00. You know the drill. Actually, I think Isaac has some ideas for this studio hours, so stay tuned for that rad e-mail.

4-5pm: Chill cooking time. We have a kitchen! We will cook/assemble/take a break/etc.

5-6:30pm: Dinner & meeting.

IMPORTANT CORE MEETING INFO:

This is a monthly core meeting to check in with people and see how we should change and move forward with volunteer engagement and studio hours.

QUESTION: Are people comfortable with new volunteers joining this core meeting? I would like to invite more people (no more than 8) to be a part of the core volunteer group. These are people who have expressed interest in the Call for Volunteers as well as people who have consistently shown up to events. If this is of concern, please let me know by Sunday PM (sorry I know that’s not much time). Also, if you know folks who would be great volunteers, please nominate them!
