Subject: Community hours plans and roles
A goal for this community hours is to encourage more collaborations and get people out of laptops.

We'll be creating a new station ("photo booth") at the realwall. You pose on the wall and someone else triggers the "print" card and you get your photo. People can make additional illuminations (like add particles, Kate's add eyes, gradient, etc) composited and printed on the photos. This station needs a lead!


Setup tasks:

1. Photo booth needs the "print combined illumination" card (we're nearly there, just need an lpr call I think). The area needs to be set up. Can we have crafting integrated as well? e.g. craft a mask/hat to wear, or craft something that ends up in the photo somehow?

2. Cozy area needs a new camera (can we use a BRIO?). We also need to set up two fixed projected editor "kiosks", one on the table, one on the wall. (Going to try this instead of chromebook, etc.)

3. Shelves need repair. (Va and Paula on this.)

4. Welcoming signage for kiddie pool ("Print your first page!") to encourage people to visit even before the tour. Signage for photo booth.
