Then, you do this:

Gently pry out the circuitboard from the enclosure; unplug speaker, fan, RGB, and DLP

Unscrew the lens and light source




Unscrew the lens (four screws)


Assemble and attach new lens



Snip lens cover off of front plastic panel

Reassemble projector

…and at the end you have a peppy!
