Hi everyone cdg-sf -- Floor Saga abbreviated: the landlord glued the carpet to the floor; our builders removed the carpet and the floor came with it; we need to replace the floor; the landlord is being uncooperative; so many delays; construction is currently scheduled to complete on Jan 14. In Other News! I've been mumbling about a lab-warming/community-cohering party for the lab, which will be the evening of either Feb 1 or Feb 8. If you have a conflict on either of those evenings, please let me know! Lastly, I'm pleased to report that we have a microwave, and it's sportscar-red and sparkly. -Bret
