The first articulation of a research agenda was in an email to Alan Kay. Directions for lab and work (2013)

As the lab was being designed, this evolved into Research Agenda + Floor Plan (2013).

The "final" version is a poster. Research agenda (2014)

It was felt that the poster was not yet suitable for publishing, but the second half of Bret's talk, The Humane Representation of Thought (2014), closely follows the research agenda.
