Installation Kit

Guides a person through installing Realtalk on a new machine, from within an already-running Realtalk area.

Installation was one of the last remaining situtations where we relied on laptops and git. With Installation Kit, we no longer needed git, and we could set up new machines entirely within Realtalk.
