DNA Origami Kit

This entry is a stub, and will be expanded on a future archiving pass.

A first pass at Cadano in Realtalk.

Each page of the program can be presented and explored in conversation, one at a time, as we gradually build up the entire toolkit.

Designs are hand-drawn on template pages (or on transparencies over template pages) that are printed out for the specified architecture.

This video shows just the first half, specifying virtual helices on a lattice.

A “plan” is then printed out for the specified helices, and strands are routed by hand-drawing on the plan.
