Interim editor in the world

by Josh Horowitz, Parthiv Shah

The earliest way of editing pages was the Web editor (2017), which was later replaced by the Realtalk-based Editor in the world (2018).

The “interim editor in the world” was an intermediate prototype. A Mac running Chrome projected the web editor onto the table, perspective-mapped to appear on a Realtalk page.

Editing pages on a page instead of a laptop created an enormously more communal atmosphere, and strongly motivated building the Realtalk-based editor.
