Dynamicland website

Despite the obvious impossibility of conveying Dynamicland on a website, we had to make a website.

After Bret gave the Dynamicland (2018) talk, one of the audience members mentioned that he had seen the website and it had made no impression on him, but he fell in love with Dynamicland after seeing the talk. That probably sums up the efficacy of the website.

Replaced an earlier stand-in website, which in some ways was more evocative.
